Norfolk Island – 9 day tour
Norfolk Island – 9 day tour
SATURDAY 6 – SUNDAY 14 SEPTEMBER 2025
Described by the locals as “the best place on earth” the tiny island of Norfolk Island in the South Pacific is defined by its pine trees, jagged cliffs and rich history. With its World Heritage listed buildings, sublime scenery, unique culture and intriguing past make Norfolk Island one of Australia’s most fascinating destinations.
Settled by descendents of mutineers who speak a mix of Tahitian and 18th century English, it’s a friendly place where waving to everyone you pass is mandatory, cows have right of way and everyone knows everyone else. It’s the only place in the world where the telephone book lists people under their nicknames, such as Book and Bing, Diddles, Pinky, Spud, Lettuce Leaf and Slugs.
Of course with so much to see and do you need to look at our full itinerary to see all the amazing things we will be doing, but one of the many highlights is a progressive dinner where we travel with our local guide as they take us to the homes of some of the locals providing a different course in each of their homes.
