There was a moment when shadows were moving across the paddocks constantly leaving us gasping. The hotel in Adelaide was rather scrumptious in the very spacious rooms and modern facilities. Parachilna and the Prairie Hotel was a great adventure in Australiana food presented in a 4 Star Michelin mode, and the Hawker lunch in a box evoked memories of wonderful school lunches ... a great concept. The tour of the Port Augusta Botanic gardens was filled with fascinating information enriching our souls, and the guide was very well informed. Once again we will remember and speak of this tour to friends and acquaintances until they stop listening! ”
